1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Folde, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Folde Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. The service
Folde provides personal journaling, tracking, calendar, search, widget, reminder, photo attachment, and encrypted backup tools. Features may change as the application improves. Folde is not a medical, financial, legal, or emergency service.

Folde 提供个人记录、打点、日历、搜索、小组件、提醒、照片附件和加密备份工具。随着应用改进，功能可能发生变化。Folde 不属于医疗、财务、法律或紧急服务。
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for lawful use of Folde, the content you create, device security, and keeping exported backup passwords safe. Do not use Folde to infringe rights, break applicable law, or harm another person.

你应对 Folde 的合法使用、所创建的内容、设备安全以及导出备份密码的妥善保管负责。不得使用 Folde 侵犯他人权利、违反适用法律或伤害他人。
4. Local data and backups
Folde is local-first. Device loss, app deletion, operating-system failure, forgotten backup passwords, or deletion of an exported archive may cause permanent data loss. You are responsible for creating and retaining backups appropriate to your needs.

Folde 坚持本地优先。设备丢失、应用删除、系统故障、忘记备份密码或删除导出文件，都可能造成永久数据丢失。你应根据自身需要创建并妥善保存备份。
5. Apple services
Folde may use Sign in with Apple, WeatherKit, Location Services, Photos, Camera, notifications, WidgetKit, iCloud Drive through the system share sheet, and other Apple platform capabilities. Their availability and operation are subject to Apple's software, services, terms, and policies.

6. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create. Folde's software, interface, visual identity, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the application.

你保留所创建内容的权利。Folde 的软件、界面、视觉标识和文档受适用知识产权法律保护。本条款授予你个人、有限且不可转让的应用使用权。
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Folde is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

在法律允许的范围内，Folde 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证服务始终不中断、完全无错误或适合所有用途。本条款不排除依法不得排除的消费者权利。
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of Folde, inability to use it, device failure, or loss of locally stored data. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用 Folde、设备故障或本地数据丢失而造成的间接或后果性损失承担责任。法律禁止限制的责任不受本条影响。
9. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to Folde or applicable requirements. The effective date above will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
